We See You, We Understand You, We Are You
EmpowHer is here exclusively to support YOU!
Your Dreams.Your Plans.Your Family.Your Life.
Our mission is her mission. Cultivating the aspirations of young ladies is at the core of what we do. We accomplish this by supporting her whole life. Providing basic needs frees her up to dream. Nurturing her dreams benefits her community. Empowher exclusively supports young ladies' passions, plans, family and talents. We do this by partnering with organizations in her community that want to provide support, mentorship, counseling, leadership training, transportation services, food security, and funds to the girls within the Empowher network.
Our work also involves encouraging boys to be their allies and commit to engaging in positive behaviors that support healthy relationships therefore fostering a safe environment for the girls around them.
Joyce Jones founded Empowher with a passion to foster vision into action for girls everywhere. She understands that we are called to use our gifts to help others. Joyce wants everyone to know that we are royal and that caring for and loving each other is our royal duty. She believes that supporting young ladies as they strive to live out their purpose, while serving their communities is a true representation of what we are all called to do.

My Royal Uniqueness Curriculum
(MRUC)
My Royal Uniqueness is a curriculum to be utilized by youth serving organizations, mothers, fathers, aunties, uncles, mentors, and anyone else with a passion to teach kids what it means to have an identity rooted in Christ and how to walk boldly in the current culture. We all are unique beings but at the foundation we have 6 characteristics that God has embedded into our design. The way we embrace these characteristics becomes our Royal Uniqueness. This curriculum will take you through the steps for giving your youth the keys to walk fearlessly in their Royal Uniqueness.
THE IMPACT
CARISSA (Age 16)
“EmpowHer's program has helped me realize my potential as a woman of God, as well as my capacity for greatness. By giving young girls a platform to learn and grow with others their age, in a judgement free zone, we not only gain experiences, but a family. I can honestly say that EMPOW.HER is my second home."
LAURYN (Age 14)
“I think you are a very kind person who deserves the best ever! To me you are jolly, optimistic, yielding, caring, and endearing! I want to take this time to properly thank you for all you've done for Lela and I.”
JEANA (Age 19)
“A significant way Ms. Joyce helped me was providing a safe place to grow spiritually as well as taking the time to support my growth. In more ways then just emotional support or supportive conversations. But also through actions like driving me and my younger sister to church, meetings, or spiritual trip. But most importantly providing a community and home where discussion, expression, and growth with other women like me was welcomed with open arms and unconditional love.”
